Gardener's Cottage is a detached slef catering cottage and accommodates up to six persons, and was the original home of the resident gardener for the Ardrhu Estate.The Cottage has a lounge with 3 leather soafers, log burner 38'' colour TV with freeview and a DVD player.The dining room has a large table to seat all 6 people with plenty of space, this leads off to the Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and Gas hob, dishwasher & large fridge freezer. In the utility room there is a washer and dryer.
On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms both en-suite one with bath & shower over bath, the other a walk in shower. The 3rd Bedroom you climb up steep stairs to a twin room adjoining this is a shower room with sink and toilet.
Amenities
The whole-house is heated by gas central heating in all rooms, and has the added bonus of a wood burning stove in the lounge. Plenty of parking for upto 3 cars. Views of the loch and mountains can be seen from the lounge and front Bedroom. This is a Non smoking property.
