Weekly rates begin at £875 (out of season) rising to £1470 through the summer months. Short breaks of 4 days or are available during Jan, Feb, March, Nov & Dec. The property is available on a weekly basis only. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday (checkout is on Saturday morning before 10am). To make a booking: First check the calendar to make sure your week is available (green strip above). Next select the Saturday as your check in date. Then select the following Friday as your check out date (again, your checkout time is on Saturday morning) to complete your weeks stay. Next check the dates and then click add to cart which will take you to the payment page. You have the option to pay a deposit (of 20%) to reserve your week. On the following page (after clicking add to cart) just type "deposit" in the blank field and press the red coupon button. This will give you the correct deposit to pay. The balance will be due eight weeks prior to your holiday. Pets are welcome for a fee of £30 per pet per week. Please fill in the additional information box when you check out if you are bringing your pet. The fee will be added to your balance. Thank you. only 2 pets allowed.
